Simmons filed a timely Rule 29.15 motion which the trial court overruled. This Courts exclusive appellate jurisdiction is founded on article V, section 3 of the Missouri Constitution. We affirm the judgment of conviction and sentence and the denial of relief under Rule 29.15.
